    • Abstract:
The article describes the case of a 40-year old woman with cough and dyspnea two months after a motorcycle accident in which she sustained traumatic injuries. Physical examination findings showed the patient's vital signs, rightward deviation of the trachea, absence of breath sounds over the right hemithorax and diminished tactile fremitus without egophony. Laboratory results and diagnosis of traumatic right main bronchus disruption complicated by complete airway obstruction are discussed.
