      The article discusses how to enjoy health benefits of chocolates. It mentions that chocolates contain flavonoids and flavanols which, according to several studies, offer health benefits related to blood pressure and vascular reactivity. However, these flavnols are inside the chocolate which is rich in caloriest, therefore, eating just a piece of dark chocolate is advised; including small amounts of dark chocolate in usual diet has no untoward effect and may promote heart health.
