The article describes a case report of a 48-year-old female patient with angiolipoma of the neck, which was extracted through a right posterior neck exploration and incision. A soft tissue mass in the post-lateral portion of the right neck was diagnosed after performing magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). The symptoms, previous description, prognosis and treatment regimens for angiolipoma are discussed.
