      The article discusses the rare medical case of a 56- year-old surgeon in Athens, Greece that involves the bite of spider resulting to skin lesion on the surgeon's right breast. It says that the spider was identified as Loxosceles rufescens, which belongs to the Loxosceles species, whose most known member in the U.S. is the brown recluse spider or Loxosceles reclusa. Moreover, it provides three images showing the skin lesion from the day the surgeon was bitten until 20 days after the bite.
