The article discusses the implication of drugs to the performance of Olympic athletes worldwide. Previously, drugs are of vital help to athletes because it augments the performance of athletes during the said activity. Studies reveal that double-blind trials for amphetamines and other stimulants showed that it can enhance performance of athletes, wherein anabolic steroids have been proven to increase muscle mass and enhance performance among male athletes in sports that require strength. Because of its danger, it is suggested that the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) would find means of regulating these type of drugs.
