    • Abstract:
      The article discusses the feasibility of open plan offices, effect of such plan on communication between employees and benefits like reduced cost. It also points out the cons of this layout and ways to overcome these issues including training for Time Locking and Focus Locking. The author also observes that many employees experience decrease in concentration and thus, efficiency due to open office plan implemented in their organization.
